Yes — most of our corporate work happens between 6 PM and 6 AM, including weekends. We badge in with your security team and leave no trace.
Do we have to move desks and chairs?+
No. We work around your furniture — moving lightweight chairs as needed and using detail tools under desks. Anything we move comes back exactly where it was.
How quickly does the carpet dry?+
Hot-water extraction with truck-mounted gear typically dries in 4–6 hours. Encapsulation in under an hour. We can stage rooms so your team walks in dry.
Are your products safe for sensitive employees?+
Default chemistry is low-VOC and unscented. For LEED buildings or sensitive-employee programs we can switch to Green Seal–certified products on request.
Will the cleaning satisfy our carpet manufacturer warranty?+
Yes — most commercial carpet warranties require professional hot-water extraction at documented intervals. We provide the paper trail.
